I knew it wasn’t me because I preferred to sleep, but the desire to spend time with Jesus was so strong, I couldn’t shake it.

It’s a sacrifice for me to be up early, but He has shown up in ways that you’d need to experience to understand personally.

He meets me where I’m at. He’s been answering huge prayers I’ve been praying in the lives of my children. He imparts the energy and mental stability I need for each day.

Our mental, physical, and spiritual health are interconnected. When we neglect one aspect, they all suffer. When we abuse one aspect, they all suffer.

Mornings with Jesus are a starting point for keeping them all healthy because everything begins with Jesus.

Life is so full and busy and challenging, but Jesus seems to make it all feel manageable because being with him each morning helps remind us He’s always with us.

Just like any relationship, it’s a two-way street. God is a gentleman and He will never force you to want to be with Him. But sweet sister, He is wooing you! He’s dropping you hints and gifts and little love notes. You just need to see them.
